You can delete your On Tour account and the personal data we hold about you at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Fastest: delete in-app
If you’re signed in to On Tour on your phone, open the app and go to App and Support → Delete My Data. Your account is removed immediately and you’re signed out.
From this page: email us
If you can’t access the app, send us an email from the email address you registered with and we’ll delete your account for you. So we can verify it’s really you, the request needs to come from the same email address you used to sign up.

What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, display name, email, avatar, bio, handicap, etc.).
- Your posts, comments, and reactions on the feed, and your scorecards and round history.
- Your membership in any tours you’re part of. If you’re the only member of a tour, that tour is deleted as well. If the tour has other members, it’s handed to a remaining member before you’re removed.
- Any media you’ve uploaded (profile photo, post images and videos, tour logos you generated).
- Your authentication record with us.
How long it takes
The in-app deletion happens immediately. Email requests are actioned within 7 days. After deletion your data rolls off our encrypted database backups within 14 days, after which it’s permanently gone. Financial and tax records (receipts, order history) are retained for up to 7 years as required by Australian and New Zealand tax law.
What we’ll need from you
Email from the email address you signed up with so we can match your account. If you signed in with Sign in with Apple using Apple’s private email relay, include the relay email (ends in @privaterelay.appleid.com) so we can find your account.
