For privacy-specific requests (access, correction, deletion), email privacy@ontour.golf.
Common requests
- Delete your account— the quickest path is in-app (App and Support → Delete My Data). If you can’t access the app, use our account deletion page.
- Report a post or user— open the overflow menu (
…) on any post or on a member’s profile. We review reports within 24 hours. - Report offensive AI output or app safety issues — use App and Support → Report an Issue in the app, or email support@ontour.golfif you can’t access the app.
- Change your tour settings— tour admins can adjust name, image and members from the tour settings screen inside the app.
- Issues with sign-in— make sure you’re using the same method you signed up with (Apple, Google, or email). If you’re locked out, email us and we can help.
